It's basically a proof that a given website has paid someone to help bring confidence to others about legitimacy of various programs throughout the internet. There are a lot of scams out there and this is to help clear out the clutter and help provide an easy means for people new to making money online to find programs that fit them best and to save time and only run into the legitimate programs.
